This Week

I am ditching my weekly planning.  I'll still work up a menu because we have a terribly tendency to no eat when I don't do that.  Not that we don't eat anything, we just eat lousy.  And since we have discovered that we can no longer buy one hamburger for the boys to split getting fast food will no be such a simple option anymore.  Not that that's a really big loss but it does mean we need to plan ahead.

But I'm not accomplishing much these days, which is ok - I have about a million excuses for that and I'll deal with those one of these days... hmm, procrastinate much? :)  But it seems like a waste of time to think up and type up stuff that I'm not doing and not terribly motivated to do.

So I'm not writing it up but hoping to get a handle on what is keeping me from doing stuff.  Other than just being lazy and hot because lazy just has to get over itself and it's down to 82* on our porch so that can't linger forever.  Soon enough the excuse will be because it's too cold ;-)  DH is home most of the week so with any luck I'll get some free time to tie up some loose ends of projects and get caught up on what I want done around the apartment.  And maybe, just maybe I'll get to sleep in one of these mornings :)  And go to see Harry Potter because if I wait till we're on vacation to go see it and it isn't playing anymore I will seriously cry.  Yes, it really means that much to me to see a movie.  Come on, it's a totally different experience on the jumbo screen with the surround sound and the ginormous soda and pop corn.  Or nachos :)  Unless it will still be playing in two weeks?

And since Littler is napping (because starting your day at 5am can do that to you) and Bigger in tipped upside down on the couch (you can picture it, with his feet up over the back) to watch Veggie Tales Jonah I'm going to take this opportunity to knit.  Because I just wanna :)  And maybe next week I'll be back to getting things done.  Hey, ya never know ;-)

You have to make seeing the HP movie a priority! It was really good :)

I totally agree with you about seeing HP on the big screen. We hope to see it this week too!

I would be shocked if Harry is out of theaters in two weeks -- but why risk it?! :)

I am hoping Harry Potter will still be in the theaters at the end of the month -- I'm taking a pottery class right next to a theater that is showing it then and I'm planning to get some friends to meet me up there after my class for a late show if it's still in the theater. Between now and then, I'm catching up on the other movies I haven't seen! Fingers crossed...
