Yarn Along

I love knitting and reading, some of the most peaceful moments of my days.  Usually.  This week has been good for reading and knitting.  And I'm looking forward to seeing what else is shared at small things today :)
I got a bit of the shawl done this week.  Without any trama (knock wood!)  I don't want to share much to not ruin the element of surprise.  With any luck I'll be able to finish it in the next week and post good pictures at Christmas :)

Reading was also very productive this week.  I finished The Shack pretty quickly.  It was a good read.  Yes, heartbreaking.  But also very beautiful.  I don't want to say too much (yet again to retain the element of surprise if you read it.)  So now I'm on to Bright Evening Star but not very far into it yet.  So basically this post is a whole lot of not much this week :)  Who knows what this next week will bring ;-)

It's a bit difficult to discuss books without giving too much away isn't it Kate...The Shack sounds intriguing...

Hope you manage to finish the shawl...can't wait to see the end results...

Have a cool day,
Deb
