{pretty, happy, funny, real}

~ Capturing the context of everyday life ~

Every Thursday at Like Mother, Like Daughter!

{pretty}
I'm loving these quilt blocks.  And I think I got the layout done last night so onward to piecing it together and quilting it!

Lilypie Pregnancy tickers
{happy}
Since we posted it on our family blog I can share the news here now :)
We have some ultrasound pictures but due to technical difficulties we can't look at them.  Darn technology, I want those flimsy print out copies back instead of this disk that we can't access the files on!

{funny}
Brotherly portraiture.  We have some work to do on composition.
And then there was brushing Littler's teeth last night and working up a great lather - I just had to ask him "Dude, did you put soap on your toothbrush?"
His answer?  A sad little "yeah."

{real}
We managed to set the timer and get a picture of us all ready for the All-Star game on Sunday.  Of course the boys were already done with the jerseys and had wriggled out of them by the time we pulled this off.  Oh well, photos of us together are a rarity and they're cute all the same.

Not soap on the toothbrush! Ick. Bet he won't do that again.

Is that…a Rangers jersey sitting next to a Flyers jersey? Isn't there some sort of law against that? ;)

Congratulations! xo

Congratulations!! That is happy news indeed! But that stinks about the ultrasound pictures... did they really not give you any printed out? What a bummer! What will you put on your fridge? :)

A big congratulations on your babe to be! Must be the year for sweet babies to be born. A few of my friends are due this year. I love the fabric. I hope you share pictures of the quilt once it is finished. Jacinta
